I have lower left front and back pain, my stool is thin like spaghetti,lig 3-4 bowel movements a day

Hi, I started with light pain on my colon two years ago, it came and went ten dayy ago I started with a deep pain in my colon (decending intestine) lower left and also lower left back pain, I also have a bowel movement 4 times a day that looks like thin spaghetti 1/4'' thick., I am only eating…
