My son has severe autism. GI Issues

He has foul smelling stools which he always has, but they are very smelly. He has severe allergies to peanut and milder allergy to milk, soy, almond and egg and has an intolerance to Gluten. As a baby he was a milkaholic and all he used to want to eat was fromage frais yogurt and wheat foods. So…
