Q: can too much omega 6 and omega 3 cause stomach problems

Thank you for your question! That depends on what "stomach problems" refers to. Possible side effects of omega-3 include burping and indigestion. If you're experiencing other types of stomach problems, you may want to discuss them with your doctor.
