I have to wipe a lot after bowel movement--sometimes using a 1/4 role of toilet tissue

After a bowel movement I have to wipe a lot sometimes using 1/4 role of toilet tissue--this is everytime. If my stool is hard only wiping not as much, but still using a lot of toilet paper. I have had three colonscopy in the last ten years and they can not find anything wrong. I had surgery on my...
