I am having sharp stabbing pain in my right upper side, under my breast. I have IBS.

I had an ultrasound friday and gallbladder is ruled out. It started when I could not have a bowel movement. My Dr. gave me a prep for a colonoscopy to clean me out. It did not clean me completely out. The Xray of my colon showed I had a very very large amount of stool is why he gave me the…
