can you live a normal life and lose blood 10 times a day for two months, then do physical exercises for two weeks with no problems, and then pass out from loss of blood?

I'd like to help but I don't understand what you're asking. If you are losing blood through your stool and you have a confirmed diagnosis of UC and you are exercising then passing out, that's a problem and you need to seek help and advice from your doctor today.
Most people with IBD who are in a flare that is causing blood loss don't have the energy to exercise vigorously. If you are having blood in your stool it's best to seek advice from your doctor to get the flare under control and to forego intense physical exercise in the meantime.
