How do I manage athletics, academics, depression, ADHD and UC?

I was recently diagnosed with UC, or actually proctits (about 2.5 months ago). I also have depression and ADHD. I am a student an an Ivy Leauge and have a demanding academic schedule and on top of that, I am a varsity athlete (swimmer). I have been feeling extremely tired and fatigued and my...
