Reply to an Answer

Thanks for writing, mc.   Truthfully, I'm concerned about the nausea, and the vomiting, especially for, as you say, "several days" at a time.   Nausea, and certainly, vomiting, are not, typically, symptoms of ulcerative colitis. This makes me think that something else is going on...   Have you discussed the protracted vomiting with your doctor? If not, I suggest that you do. An EGD (upper endoscopy) may very well be warrented.   See what's really causing the problem before we talk about trying to cover it up, OK?   Take care, Hope
