As regards what to eat with IBD, you may want to read some of my Shareposts on the topic - see the list of link below. But, the problem is, there isn't one answer to your question. What one IBDer can eat, isn't always feasible for another IBDer. There's a lot of experimentation that each of us has to do to figure out what we can and can't eat at any given time in our disease. If you are in a flare-up you might try the low-residue or white and light diet - good quality yogurt, scrambled eggs, white rice, white toast, baked chicken breast or white fish.
