Thanks for writing. Re: Aloe and IBD - it's like so many other potential treatment options for people with Crohn's or Colitis, for some people the aloe seems to help, not cure, but help. And for other patients it can either make things worse, or have no effect. You will have to decide if you want to try it. Just know that it's not a cure but has helped some people with some of their symptoms. It's best to discuss taking it with your GI or your pharmacist to make sure it won't interact with any Rx medications you are taking.
