Nina, Thanks for your question. I can't seem to find any information about hyoscyamine 0.125 mg being discontinued completely. There are companies that have stopped producing it, but many companies make it, so it should be available from someone. It may be that your pharmacy was stocking a brand that is no longer made, but I would check with your pharmacist to find out more information.
