This can happen - with one Rx med. you won't have any problems and with another one you will. I don't know why your doctor changed you from one medicine to the other but you should contact him or her and discuss the side effects you're now having with the Entocort and see if you couldn't switch back to the Asacol. There may be a specific reason why he/she has changed your medication, but you should always report any side effects that you are having from a new medication to your doctor.
