eversince i was little my stomach would hurt when i did something bad. now that iam older i have gerds and this time my stomach is killing me but i did nothing wrong. it is really messing with my head can someone help me ease my mind.

You need to see my previous answer to your question.
If you have GERD you should definitely contact your doctor and make them aware of your current or new symptoms. There should be something they can do to help you feel better. You might have to change what you're eating or drinking, but there should be an answer to help you, it's just not feasible for us to diagnose you over the internet.
