E-mail (and the like) is a great thing, and a difficult thing, too, eh? While it's fast and zippy, connecting us around the world with folks we might never have "met" otherwise, sometimes we misread the other person's intentions for lack of facial cues and body language.

Perhaps you thought, at first, that I was trying to blow you off, when that was definitely not my intent. If so, I can understand how that would have frustrated you. I'm sorry, too, hurting.
