Hello Shepard,   I'm sorry that I can't help you other than to say you should consult with your doctor any time there is a dramatic change in a symptoms pattern.   You've written your question on a web page that has to do with IBD - Inflammatory Bowel Disease, not high blood pressure.    If I were in your shoes I would talk to your doctor's nurse and see if she thinks your drop in blood pressure warrants an appt. with the doctor.   Good luck, Elizabeth
