Hi Sandy,

I'm sorry to hear of your husband's problems. But there is no way that any of us can tell you what is or isn't wrong with him. You have obviously talked to his doctor and the doctor has scheduled, probably a colonoscopy, for a time he/she deems appropriate. If you are that concerned, then your husband should call the doctor and talk to their nurse to discuss any new or severe symptoms.

It could be any number of things that are causing your husbands problems, but in all honesty, no matter what it is or isn't stress only serves to make gut issues worse. So, until you have some tests and results don't blow this out of proportion and increase stress levels.

Talk to the doctor again. But try to remain calm in the meantime.

Best,

Elizabeth
