UC or Crohn's

I have been to 2 different Gastrolists in the last 3 years. I am at my ropes end, I have now lost 65 pounds I go to the bathroom anywhere from 15 to 20 times a day. The Dr. at first said Crohn's now he says UC I do not know?? anyway no medicine has worked for longer than 1 week so far I have tried...
