The color green in diarrhea can be the result of many things and is usually not a cause for concern. Here's a list of a few possible reasons for green stool:
1.) Green leafy vegetables in your diet
2.) Food or supplements high in iron
3.) Food moving through the large intestine too fast
4.) Bacteria
If green stool continues or you notice other changes in your bowel habits, it's best to see a doctor.
