No evidence of microscopic colitis on biopsy

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy last week. My GI sent a letter today that said the biopsies of my colon show no microscopic colitis. Does this mean it is in remission or completely gone forever? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROPER FOODS ONE SHOULD EAT IF THEY HAVE IBS. THIS ALL NEW TO ME ON MY 50TH B-DAY I STARTED HAVING PAIN, ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW AND I JUST FOUND OUT I HAVE IBS.

understanding crohns and the cost
