Uc or Crohns?

I was ill 6 months before i was diagnosed with UC, a week later i had surgery to remove the bowel and now have a ileostomy. Lately i have has a few problems with it, i have noticed a bit of blood in my bag and mucus in it daily and tummy pains. I was told i still have UC in the reaming rectum.
