Patients who suffer from the uncomfortable symptoms associated with
dysmotility-type dyspepsia may find relief using Zelnorm (tegaserod
maleate), new research suggests. Zelnorm, typically prescribed to
treat constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, appears to
lower the incidence of abdominal bloating, extreme fullness, and
other symptoms associated with the disorder.
