Symptoms Of Irritable Bowel Attack

Many doctors mistake the symptoms of celiac disease for irritable
bowel syndrome (IBS), experts say. Celiac disease is an autoimmune
disorder that attacks the small intestine and causes many of the
same symptoms as IBS. Patients who have IBS and continue to have
symptoms while on medication may need to be tested for celiac
disease.
