A doctor in South Africa has invented a toothed condom that is inserted like a tampon to help prevent rape. The Rape-aXe condom is inserted like a tampon and is lined on its inside with jagged rows of teeth-like hooks. If a man attempts to have intercourse with a women while she is wearing the device, it will attach to his penis. In can then only be removed by a medical professional, ideally in the presence of authorities who can stand by to arrest the man for rape.
