I have been drinking an average of 2 12oz. cups of Green Tea for the last couple of months instead of coffee.

I have found myself wetting my diaper less during the night now then when I cut way down on my coffee intake.

I suggest if you are incontinent, you may try Green Tea as many studies claim it cuts down on frequent urination. It seems to help me.

I would like to hear from others who have experienced the same,or those of you have tried with no improvement in your condition.

Andrei,

Good to hear of your success in switching from coffee to tea. Green tea in particular is very good for you.

Keep us posted on further improvement. Others with urinary problems can surely learn from all you share.

Best,

Maria

Hi Andrei:

I've heard about the wonderful healing power of green tea, and what wonderful results you seem to be getting! I'm wondering, is it caffeinated or decaf? I'm curious because, as most of us know, caffeine can be a huge bladder irritant. I know that decaf coffee can also be an irritant (although less-so than with the caffeine), but I wonder if decaf green tea might provide the healing powers without the added irritant of the caffeine.

I am drinking caffeinated Green Tea.

I thought about the caffien and I wondered why the caffien in coffee would affect me different from the tea, so the next package I purchase will be De-caf Green Tea.

I will let you know if I see an even greater improvement.

This is so interesting! Yes, please let us know how the decaf works out! Thanks.
