I want to thank all the staff at The Incontinence Network for helping me cope with and feel better about myself.When I first became Incontinent I felt ashamed and had a hard time accepting what I am living with.

I feel confident and no longer feel self concious.

I am a 57 year old male and if you need someone to talk with, please message me,maybe I can offer some moral support.

Thanks to all on this site again.You are a blessing to all who are dealing with incontinence.
