I did not know about the 4 levels of the pelvic floor. I know the pelvic floor is very important, but this was very beneficial knowledge.  I'm writing a related post about stabilizer muscles in the core at  http://sixweekworkoutprogram.com/health-fitness-blog/  Thanks for the quality writing!
