I found a very good educational site with easy explanations to the different types of incontinence and pelvic floor problems. www.incostress.com a very good book which has case studies and teaches you how to do pelvic floor movements is Hold it Sister by physiotherapist Mary O'Dywer. Well worth a look into the site for good tips on how to control incontinence.
