I could barely sit for 4 days.  If you go to youtube you can watch how the procedure is done. I understood why my legs hurt so bad.  I had my surgery on Dec 19th.  Today is Jan 3rd.  I went to urinate and felt something pop.  I am really worried.  I don't plop down in a chair anymore that is for sure.  I was swollen in the vaginal area.  I put ice on it because it was so bad.

It's been 3 days since my tvt surgery. I am a little tender but otherwise feel perfectly normal. I am already reaping the rewards of this surgery. I sneezed today-yes it hurt because I am still tender but no urine leakage. I would call that a major success. I hope my luck continues!

In the past five months I have had a rectal and vaginal prolapse repair, this did not cure my incontinence (I am only 43yrs old and already had a hysterectomy). 7 weeks ago I had a another vaginal prolapse repair (the original one drop slightly again) and a tvt repair. Post op recovery was ok, but now I have an urgency and frequency to urinate all the time. This is better than incontinece but so annoying. I also have stabbing & dragging pains occassionally, is this normal ??? I have not had intercourse yet as I am too scared because of the pain. Will this go away ???

Does anyone know if you can have oral sex with no penetration just with the clit after a tvt operation?
