i have found that the best diaper for me is the abena x plus i have had the fewest leaks with them they seem to offer the best protection at night i would recommend them to any one who has incontinence or wets at night i have tried cloth just cant seem to get enough absorbency with out them being so thick they are uncomfortable.

and cheap diapers leak so badly i may as well not wear them.

that is just my opinion if any one has any questions feel free to ask i will answer the best i can and if i can help one person young or old deal with wetting at night then i would love to do so

You are one hundred percent 'right on' with this opinion.. I agree but do not always use them for cost reasons.. I can get by using a Depend Adult Brief with an infant toddler size disposable diaper (size 5 overnight Huggies slit and cut with a sharp snap blade cutter to allow liquid to pass through to the Depend Brief) .. Molicare and Tena also make very high absorbent adult disposable diapers.. by the way.. I use a long neck stapler to tightly staple the soaker baby diaper into the Adult Brief.. this makes the end product very comfortable..
