I am considering going to a yoga camp in the Bahamas for a month. I am concerned about my incontinence. Because it is a camp I am not sure that I will be able to buy pads. My only solution so far is to buy underwear that has a built in pad which I could wash on daily basis. I wonder if this would work or if anyone has tried them and where could I purchase them? Nice to have a place to ask my questions.
