      <description>I am considering going to a yoga camp in the Bahamas for a month.&amp;nbsp; I am concerned about my incontinence.&amp;nbsp; Because it is a camp I am not sure that I will be able to buy pads.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My only solution so far is to buy underwear that has a built in pad which&amp;nbsp;I could wash on daily basis.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if this would work or if anyone has tried them and where could I purchase them?&amp;nbsp; Nice to have a place to ask my...</description>
