I thought I would share my 2 cents worth in regards to going to the gym and exercising while diapered.
I know at first it is very difficult with going to the gym diapered due to how close everybody is, noise, changing, leaks, odors, heat rashes, and worse of all sweating.
In my opinion there is no easy way to exercise while diapered. I have the biggest issue with sweating, it seems 15 minutes after I get to the gym I feel like I am soaked, and sometimes I am simply because of the amount of sweat.
Here is what works for me.
First of all wear loose BLACK or bark blue sweat pants, and a very loose and long shirt.
Then make sure you wear a cloth backed (breathable is what I wear) diaper so there is no sound, but make sure to insert a booster pad if you tend to "flood" like I do when I lift heavy.
ALWAYS sit down carefully in case you have voided heavily to prevent a leak. Everytime I do an exercise that causes me to leak I will walk around for a minute after my set to allow time for absorbtion.
I also make sure as I am standing up from sitting I always have my towel in my hand in case I have leaked, and I can very quickly wipe it up.
Heat rashes are my biggest problem overall. I just make sure to change right before I go to the gym, and as soon as I finish.
Be very careful when changing at the gym as typically there is a lot of people in the locker room, and somebody will notice....trust me.


There are several devices that would work for you assuming you are male. I use external catheters with leg bag, and sometimes the Afex system. Have you trid these?
