Here comes the heat....get ready for the Breathable Style protection...

I would like to share with others that the use of breathable style briefs (diapers) are a huge benefit when dealing with the heat. I am a pretty active guy and the heat used to limit what I would do simply because of the heat rashes and constant changing because I would sweat so much.

My Doctor suggested the use of the breathable style extra absorbency Attends (there are others as well) and I found that they worked pretty good and made a huge difference in regards to comfort.

I found that the Abena "Airplus" diapers work the best, especially if you want a diaper that breathes and is an extended wear as well. I am both bowel and bladder incontinent and find that for daytime use they work very well.

Just my opinion...

I couldn't agree with you more on the Abena's although they are pricey.  I still haven't found anything that helps prevent rash though...I run a lot and it's either take the chance while I'm running that no one will notice it wet or wear one and end up in pain at the end.  Any tips?
