There is some slight overlap between this article and my other article “Types and Brands of Diapers to Use for Bed-Wetting and Companies that Sell Them”,however this new article has some additional information.     One of the points I've stressed in my previous posts...

I've bought them all over the past eight years of my incon. They all have their excelent design merits. My preference for what its worth is KINS. They are well proportioned and fit very well and are quiet if that's an issue. However!!!!!!

If kins could make a Euroflex pant ,I would buy a case.

With older bedwetters keeping their bedclothes and bedding dry can be a chore.  We have switched from pinning diapers to pullon diapers with our 2 bedwetters this makes it easier for the child to be able to take care of getting ready for bed by themselves.  One thing we did find was that with the pullons was that they are a bit higher waisted then the regular pin on style and so the waist of the diaper would sometimes rise above the waist of the plastic pants when they moved during sleep and wicking or leaking would occur.  Both beds have waterproof sheeting on them to act as backup to these type of things because nothing works 100% of the time.    What we did was to order from the Adult Cloth Diaper people the high back plastic pants and that solved the problem.  The ADCD people have added smaller sizes to these pants as well as colors so we let them choose the colors they liked.  You can also still get regular white as well.

We feel it is important the the bedwetters feel as comfortable as possible with their situation and so letting them wake up in dry bedding and bedclothes we feel is a step in this direction.
