I am feeling pain in my kegel muscle on the side and it extends into my uthera.  I have what I call bladder contrations that cause me intense pain in the area.  It feels like the muscles that control urination are pulled and I have a hard time going to the bathroom.  It constantly feels like something is being pulled .  I got this pain after doing kegel muscles.  I believe I did them wrong and could have pulled my muscles the wrong way.  Has anyone had this happen.  I then go into muscle spasms of the bladder and feel that all the muscles underneath are going all different directions and my kegels want to pull up.
