weekend at the club .

By Ryan Saturday, June 20, 2009

Hey all . just an update here and some rambling here . It went well at the club . lots of people were asking questions about the external cathedar .  noone made fun of it though  which is a relief . i just hope everywhere i go will be understanding like everyone around here has so far .  one of the ladies there asked meif i thought it would work for one of her nephews for bedwetting but i didnt know because it was the first time i have worn it . if anyone knows the answer to this then let me know so i can relay her the message .  i can see why a lot of people like cloth over disposables . they dont get near as warm as a disposable and they are a lot more comfortable to . except for me , i can tell im way more wet with cloth on than with a disposable . this is a question for those that use cloth . is there a way for the plastic pants in the waist and leg openings to not be so uncomfortable and not leave rings on your legs ? it drives me nuts .

not near as bad as i thought .

Hi Ryan - Yes, there'a a very good way to make sure your plastic pants don't leave welts: Get a cloth tape and measure your waist and thighs before you buy them. You might think you're, say, a medium, but when you measure, you might find you need a large. Read the descriptions carefully; most tell what size they're for in inches, as well as small/medium/whatever.

You'll find that people in public situations are really shy about commenting on stuff like diapers and catheters. Kids won't be so shy, though. Of course, Mom/Dad will immediately shush them. Go ahead and answer the kid if you want.
