    Hello

Try using a breatheable brief and especially the new one from Attends. I found that they hold up very well (I am very active) and they breathe so you dont have to change due to sweat, and it really helps your skin! And the best part is that they are 100% quiet.

I generally get along well enough that I can use Guard for men during the day in my regular underwear. Sometimes I. still need to use protective underwear during the day. Most of the time at night I stay dry,but are nights when I have to use protective Underwear or even an adult diaper. When travel I use Tena's pad & pant system with the super/overnight pad.
