It seems like a lot of retailers that are sellling incontinence products are doing only that... not any individual guidance is offered. One thing you've got to do is tell the manufacturer if a product is unsatisfactory. Tell them when it's good, too; you could score free stuff, or at least coupons!

 

I was a product tester for a company that made waterproof pants for adults. The people who owned it needed real-life feedback, which I was more than happy to provide. I got several items to wear and test, all free. And I got to  keep them when the test period was over. Unfortunately, the products the company made have lasted longer than the company did!

I honestly doubt if manufacturers or resellers of incontinence products contribute to these forums. This leaves it up to us to develop a product we can use to manage our own incontinence, so, this is what I have done. I have dealt with incontinence most of my life an prefer the good old cloth diaper and waterproof pant for protection. However, plastic and rubber pants get extremely hot and uncomfortable during the summer. This has lead me to a product once manufactured by the R.Duck Company (Top Drawers) back in the late 80' and early 90's.

 

I have started my own company and have one of the leading US manufacturer's of infant cloth diapering products now making child, teen and adult waterproof pants. These pants are constructed with a 100% polyester shell and waterproof lining. They are much cooler or more comfortable than plastic or rubber pants. Soft elastic at the waist and legs provide for a comfortable and secure fit. The pants are full cut and fit well over cloth diapers or disposable briefs. They are available in several fun prints or white.

 

Look in any department store and you will see an array of colored and printed undergarments available to children and adults. Why should they have this type of selection and not us? Bumkins Finer Baby Products agreed and now makes an waterproof pant which does not follow the "institutionalized" look of many incontinence products available today.
