I thought I'd initiate a topic I've been vaguelyfamiliar with and curious about for quite some time. I know that cranberries are supposedly helpful for fighting bladder infections, especially for those people with spina bifida, like myself or otherswith spinal chord paralysis.
My question is, what is the best way to take them? Some cranberry extract supplements have vitamin C added, others do not. The juice cans and dried cranberries on top of cereal are pleasant, especially if youare somewhat fond of this particularly tart fruit. So, I've wondered what others think?
