drinking water

 This girl at work knows about my situation and she is always telling me to drink water

I was getting alot of infections and did'nt feel good.

I found out its better to drink water than to not.  But what gose in must come out, I tell her, I try to drink my water at night when I have more privacy, It just occures to me I feel like one of those dolls my sisters used to have ,ya put the bottle in her mouth and it just comes right out lol . But that is the reality of incontinence.  I found out timming realy helps a lot durring the day.  davidb
