I have been incontinant for over 10 years and been through it all. Excercising with incontinence is all about finding the correct protection for what you are doing. In my case I go to the gym 5-6 days a week.
When I go I will wear a breathable pull-up for a couple of reasons. For example, it allows my skin to breathe much better than the plastic backed briefs, it looks like regular "brief" underware (for us guys), and they are thinner than a regular diaper.
I always just make sure that I put a new pull-up on RIGHT before I leave, and monitor it while I am working out.
Typically you will notice that sweat will soak it very quickly, and that will cause it leak faster.
Leaks are bound to happen, but usually they happen when you are sitting on the equipment.
In over 10 years of excercising the only time I have ever had anybody say anything was in the locker room, and even then it was nothing negative.
JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU ALWAYS WIPE YOUR EQUIPMENT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!
