Hi all frist I'am a male older than most of you started having wetting accidents a couple yrs ago but when I look back really saw some early signs of incontinence comming on mine is due to bph so can't take pills for urge problem.But don't let it make a house bound person, go to the gym at least 3 times a week that dosen't mean the incontinence is forgotten just not the main thing in my life.
