vaginal mesh erosion

What causes mesh erosion and why are so many women suffering from this? I had a surgery to correct vaginal and rectol prolasps....using the mesh. Also a sling was put on my urethra, now 6 months later, everything has to come out...I am schedualed this coming week for yet a third surgery. I have been told it will take up to 3 more surgerys to fix everything. After finding this site, I am shocked as to how many women are suffering the same thing....
