I am not alone....

By MeshDestroys Wednesday, January 18, 2012

I just read every comment.  It is heartbreaking.  I have tears streaming down my cheeks.   I am not alone.   Painful intercourse, no intimacy with husband.  Pelvic pain, bladder pain, burning pain, hip pain....  Doctors who refuse to listen or believe that mesh can cause problems.  Specialists who will do surgery after surgery to remove the mesh, even though it cannot be completely removed.   How about doctors who refuse to see mesh patients (anybody else experienced that one?)   Just today, I started to think that maybe I was losing my mind.  I was feeling so alone.  It seemed that no one could understand what I am going through.  Then I read all of your comments.  You understand.  You share my suffering.   My heart aches for each and every one of you.  Somehow we need to unite.  We need to take action to expose what the mesh and the pharmaceutical companies have done to our bodies and our lives.  Our story needs to be told.  Why not an episode on 60 Minute exposing the pharmaceutical companies for their dirty deeds.   I wonder how much those companies are paying doctors/hospitals  to keep this under wraps?  Somehow, some way, somebody needs to care about us and what has happend to us.   Doctors continue to install mesh in women every day.   I don't know what we can do, but we NEED to do something.
