Green tea

 I have been drinking an average of 2 12oz. cups of Green Tea for the last couple of months instead of coffee. I have found myself wetting my diaper less during the night now then when I cut way down on my coffee intake. I suggest if you are incontinent, you may try Green Tea as many studies claim it cuts down on frequent urination.... Read moreChevron
