Hello! I am another victim of mesh erosion and certainly am concerned about where to go from here. I wish that I had never heard the words! What causes mesh erosion and why are so many women suffering from this? I had a surgery to correct vaginal and rectol prolasps....using the mesh. Also a sling was put on my urethra, now 6 months later, everything has to come out...I am schedualed this coming week for yet a third surgery.
