Insurance Coverage for Incontinence

I used to have wonderful health insurance. Low deductible and pretty much covered whatever the doctor ordered as long as it was within the policy. Too young!

I am only 24 years old and have had some urgency issues. It occurs right after I urinate and I was recently treated for a UTI where I felt relief for a few days. Now it gets to the point some times where I feel like I might leak, but there is no urine to come out. I also do not experience bladder pain like most typical urency issues. Any thoughts?
