How do other married couples deal with incontinence

I have been incontinent since 1993,I have been so lucky my wife has supported me fully,and guided me when needed.She fully excepts my incontinence and helps me feel comfortable and secure.It really helps me,and makes being incontinent much safer.Also am impotent.
