hello trying to absorb this is permanent

its a long story how I got here it sucks if my girlfriend of twenty years hadnt passed away 2 yrs ago from breast cancer that turned into brain tumors I wouldnt be here. what are the cheapest diapers from like a drugstore and i sleep on my belly but sometimes i end up being on my back when i wake up am i gonna need plastic pants too. or can you tell me the method or presdure of getting prepaired for bed. im strugglign with this alot even tho i feel im gonna need diapers just so fed up...
