best night diaper

i have found that the best diaper for me is the abena x plus i have had the fewest leaks with them they seem to offer the best protection at night i would recommend them to any one who has incontinence or wets at night i have tried cloth just cant seem to get enough absorbency with out them being so thick they are uncomfortable. and cheap... what are the cheapest diapers from like a drugstore and i sleep on my belly but sometimes i end up being on my back when i wake up am i gonna need plastic pants too. or can you tell me the method or presdure of getting prepaired for bed. im strugglign with this alot even tho i feel im gonna need diapers just so fed up...
